Warzone Pacific Patch Notes (December 10): Weapon and Attachment Balance Changes

The Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 1 update brought a ton of content, from the brand new map, Caldera, over 40 new weapons, Gulag changes and much more. When it comes to weapon balance changes, however, we only saw a few tweaks to a few Vanguard weapons and melee weapons at launch.

In the early morning hours of December 10, Raven Software released the first Warzone Pacific Season 1 Balance Update as promised.

Before addressing the balance changes, Raven Software deployed two hotfixes.

There will be fewer holes in the ground according to the developer as they continue to fix some of the game's launch issues.

The general fixes for the Warzone Pacific patch notes for December 10 are as follows:

  • Fixed collision issues with various items across Caldera, allowing players to mine/peek/shoot through them.
  • Fixed an issue allowing access to items that players weren't supposed to see yet!

The developer also noted that an "upcoming update will address more Bloom and include adjustments to weapons", for example the PPSh-41 (VG).
