After months of player complaints about the long list of bugs and unresolved issues, Call of Duty players are now hammering Raven Software for its January 6, 2022 Warzone Pacific playlist update.
Warzone Pacific playlist pushes players to buy Vanguard
The latest Warzone Pacific playlist update has sparked a flood of complaints from concerned players, who feel that the playlist forces them to purchase COD Vanguard.

The Warzone Pacific week of January 6 playlist includes the following game modes:
- Royal Vanguard – Solos, Duos, Trios
- Vanguard Resurgence - Quads
- Royal battle - Quads
- Pillage - Duo
- Recurrence – Threesomes
Expressing their frustration on Reddit, one player wrote, “I understand wanting to push Vanguard modes to sell the game, but damn is it frustrating not being able to regularly play [Battle Royale] trios, duos or solo. »

"Vanguard Royale is a blatant attempt to force users to buy [COD Vanguard] because the sales are down the toilet," an angry gamer barked on Reddit. “The mode itself is dogsh*t with 473matic aim planes [and] infinite drone. »
"I have a feeling we won't be seeing the full range of options on a regular basis [Battle Royale] ever again," said another pessimistic player. “My group refuses to play [COD Vanguard] because leveling Vanguard guns is a nightmare,” said a third.

The latest playlist update means that unless players are in teams of four, teammates who don't own COD Vanguard can't play with their friends.
“I hate using Vanguard weapons in general […] Between this and Krampus, no one is happy with the current direction this game is heading,” echoed another player.
Raven Software previously welcomed an open dialogue with the Call of Duty community, so we'll have to wait and see if they deliver on their promise, especially since, in that case, those complaints are justified.
