This special event will last for a few days starting January 21, 2021 where habitats and Pokémon from the era will roam 473ur us in our search to complete our tasks and continue our path to becoming a master Pokémon trainer.
With that in mind, we'll share everything you need to know about the Pókemon GO Johto Tour with you so you can have fun in this amazing event.
Pokémon GO Johto Tour rotating habitats and Kanto Pokémons
As you may remember, every time we start a new Pokemon adventure, we choose our starter to be our companion along our journey and the Pokemon GO Johto event will be no exception as you will be able to choose between Chikorita , Cyndaquil and Totodile to travel by your side.
This choice is essential because this Pokémon will be important in your research tasks throughout the event and trust us, you will want to complete them because you will get incredible rewards for doing so.
In addition to this, you will be able to recognize habitats resembling iconic places in the Johto region such as New Bark Town, Violet City or Goldenrod City among a few other places.
Complete Special Research Tasks for Rewards
Going back a bit on the Special Research Tasks can unlock some great rewards in the Pokémon GO Johto Tour event, so we encourage you to be very adamant about completing them.
The rewards you will get for completing these tasks are:
- Items for Evolving Pokémon
- rocket radar parts
- A meeting with Shiny Gyarados
- A meeting with Celebi
