Best MP40 Loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 1

Season 1 of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific has arrived and features over 40 new Vanguard weapons.

Things will never be the same again; we said goodbye to Verdansk and now s473ns on Caldera, the deceptively beautiful island, but this won't be your summer vacation, but rather a battle to the last man standing.

The new island is a mystery to the Warzone Pacific community and no one knows for sure what weapons will be the meta on Caldera, and that's why we advise you to use some of the well-tested and proven weapons if you're unsure which class configuration to use.

And while the MP40 is technically a new weapon in Warzone, this insanely fast SMG has positioned itself as a top weapon during pre-season in Vanguard, and those qualities are showing on Caldera as well.

The Maschinenpistole 40 (the weapon's full name) is the perfect SMG for many crowded areas of Caldera, and with the right attachments it can easily become the first gun players will demand nerfs for.

Use these attachments for the best MP40 class setup on Caldera in Warzone Pacific Season 1:

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
As the name suggests, this will make the weapon much easier to handle, which is especially important if you plan to drop on some of Caldera's best landing spots. This will greatly improve your rate of fire while slightly decreasing accuracy.
  • Barrel: Krausnick 317MM 04B
This barrel will make the MP40 very accurate and controllable while reducing scope sway and bob bob. We can't stress enough how important this accessory is to the build, it will make our weapon much easier to use, at the cost of some hip-firing accuracy.
  • Optical: slate reflector
Great for mid-range and melee combat, which is what we'll do most often with the MP40 on Caldera.
  • Store: Krausnick 33M pliable
This ultralight stock will make us more mobile, something you should always keep in mind on Caldera, which is a huge map.
  • Sub-barrel: sculptor's wrist
The Carver Foregrip is a great option as it will further stabilize your control and increase hip fire accuracy while slowing you down slightly in ADS speed.
  • Magazine: 9mm 64 round drums
The greater ammo capacity available will keep you alive in extended firefights, especially in tight situations where you just don't have time to take a break. Yes, reload times will be slower, but you'll have all the time in the world once you kill the enemies.
  • Ammunition type: Elongate
It provides increased initial speed, which gives us a fighting chance if we are forced to engage from a distance.
  • Rear handle: Fabric handle
We're using the Fabric Grip here, primarily as a way to bring back some of that lost ADS speed, sprint accuracy when firing, and improve our recoil recovery when hip firing.
  • Skill: Spacer
It adds small bonuses to initial accuracy and recoil, which will help gain the upper hand when launching the engage.
  • Pencil case: fully charged
We just love this kit, starting with full mags is never a bad thing.

There you have it, the best Caldera MP40 loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 1.

This build excels in many densely populated areas of Caldera, especially those you'll want to tackle early in the game, such as the Village, Mines, or Capital.
Low recoil, high rate of fire, and max ammo capacity will help you take out multiple targets before you have to retreat and prepare for another fight.
