🎯Location of the Fortnite quest "Warm up at the Yule log in the cozy lodge" and how to complete it

Fortnite Island has become a winter wonderland for players as the festive season has arrived in the game, bringing festive cheer, giveaways, and more with the Winterfest event. During Winterfest, Fortnite will reward players with plenty of goodies to unwrap and special quests to complete.

If you're looking to relax after a Victory Royale in Battle Royale, players are more than welcome to visit the Cozy Lodge and warm up at the Yule Log for XP. Here's how to find the Cozy Lodge and how to complete the Winterfest quest in Fortnite.

How to find the Cozy Lodge in Fortnite?

One of the first quests available during Winterfest, warming up at the Cozy Lodge Yule Log, seems pretty simple. However, this location isn't anywhere on the Chapter 3 map, but don't worry; Cozy Lodge must be accessible outside of Battle Royale mode.

In Fortnite's main menu, use your controller's bumpers or scroll with your mouse to navigate through the various in-game options on the navigation tab. You will see that there is a new option available during the Winterfest event, which can be found after the V-Bucks option.

This option, which is underlined by a snowflake, must be selected where you can enter the Cozy Lodge. Once you enter the Cozy Lodge, players can complete the “Warm Up at the Yule Log in the Cozy Lodge” quest.

How to do the quest “Warm up at the Yule Log in the Cozy Lodge”?

Once inside the Cozy Lodge, you will be greeted by the presence of Sergeant Winter resting by a fireplace. You will need to approach the fireplace, which can be done by selecting Sergeant, the camera will zoom into the fireplace.

At the fireplace, interact with it to complete the Winterfest quest "Warm up at the Yule log in the cozy lodge" with an XP reward up for grabs. While you're at the Cozy Lodge, Fortnite is giving players freebies during Winterfest every day for 14 days. These freebies include outfits, pickaxes, emote, lobby track, and loading screen, to name a few.

Fortnite's Winterfest event will run on all platforms except mobile devices from December 16, 2021 through January 6, 2022. Visit Sergeant Winter at the Cozy Lodge daily to receive your Christmas present.
