Fortnite Gas Can Locations – Chapter 3 Season 1
One of the Week 4 challenges requires you to blow up gas cans to destroy objects (2). Gas cans can be found in various locations around the map and once you find one the challenge is very simple to complete.
First introduced to the game in Chapter 2 as necessary fuel for vehicles, Gas Cans also double as explosives when you need a quick blast. Here are all the locations on the map where you can find Gas Cans in Fortnite Chapter 3.
How to Explode a Gas Canister to Destroy Items in Fortnite - Chapter 3 Season 1
Once you get a gas can, completing the challenge is very simple. You'll just need to be careful with your distance so you don't take damage in the process.
Find any destructible object (something small like a wooden box works best), drop your gas can next to the object, back up to a safe distance and shoot the gas can until until it explodes. You'll only need to destroy two objects to complete the challenge, so placing the gas can in a doorway of a house is an easy way to finish it all in one hit.
Upon completing the challenge, you'll unlock 25 XP for your battle pass and earn another week 000 challenge. Here's what the tasks look like in action.
