- Go to Act IV of Diablo 3
- Head into the Garden of Hope Level 1
- Look for a mysterious chest
Be careful, as Zaraak points out in his video, there are other chests in the level. Only the Mysterious Chest can give you the Falcon Wing. Note that the mysterious chest is not there every time, so you will most certainly have to redo the level several times.
