Earlier today, Yoimiya's character event wish banner, officially called 'Tapestry of Golden Flames', was leaked by Genshin Impact leaker Sukuna. As a result of this, we now know all the four-star characters featured with Yoimiya's banner.

When is the Yoimiya banner coming out?
Yoimiya's banner, Tapestry of Golden Flames, will be officially released on August 10, 2021. Once Ayaka's Character Event Wish Banner is completed.
All featured four-star characters on Yoimiya's banner
According to the Yoimiya banner leak, players will get Sayu, Diona, and Xinyan as four-star characters on the Tapestry of Golden Flames banner.
We already knew that Sayu is one of the four-star characters featured in Yoimiya's banner. But, for the remaining two characters, we would ask the Genshin Impact community to wait for an official announcement.
