What is Cinnabar Brooch?
The Cinnabar Spindle is a 4-star sword that became available in the latest Genshin Impact 2.3 update. According to its official description, the Cinnabar Rocket is created "from materials that do not belong to this world".
Cinnabar Rocket Stats & Abilities

- Secondary statistics: 15% – 69.0% FED
The weapon's passive (special ability), Spotless Heart, will see the elemental skill DMG increase by 40% of the wearer's DEF stats. This effect activates every 1,5 seconds with a 0,1 second cooldown after Elemental Skill DMG has been used.
As the weapon requires Alkahest as a refinement material, elemental skill DMG can see an increase of up to 80% in DEF stats once the refinement level reaches 5.
Alkahest can be redeemed through the Event Store with Snowstrider Emblems or by earning them by completing various challenges during the event.
The weapon can be best used in Albedo's hands largely due to his incredible elemental skill, making him the perfect sub-DPS or Burst Carry party member.
Additionally, Albedo is the only current character in Genshin to wield a sword while boosting DEF stats.

How to get the Cinnabar Brooch
This weapon can only be obtained through the limited time event, Shadows Amidst Snowstorms, which will run between November 25, 2021 and December 13, 2021. As such, players will be tasked with building snowmen by collecting the materials needed for various trials or by exchanging materials with buddies.
If Travelers managed to acquire Albedo through Event Wish banners, have fun roaming Teyvat with the Cinnabar Spindle equipped for maximum damage from his passive abilities as well as the character's Geo abilities.
