During the first episode many players thought that there was a secret level filled with cows, which was not the case. For Diablo 2, Blizzard had decided to integrate a secret level of cows into the game. In Diablo 3, several levels, more or less secret, are distributed throughout the game, whether it is that of rainbows or a level of cows.
Being originally only an event in the month of May 2015, the level of the cows is now accessible thanks to the cube of Kanai and the Bovine Bardiche.

How to access the secret cow level in Diablo 3?
To be able to access the secret level of cows, subtly named in English "Not the cow level", players must first obtain a Bardiche bovine. The item is a legendary that has a chance to be obtained by killing enemies with a character, at least level 31, or by upgrading a rare item with Kanai's Cube. Once the Bardiche bovine obtained it will be necessary place it in Kanai's cube. An option marked with three question marks will then appear. Activating it will open a portal to the famous hidden cow level. Also note that the portal for level cows have a chance to spawn by killing goblins.
