This May 20 comes out Crucible, the new shooter from Amazon. The game will allow you, through 10 different characters, to play in 3 very distinct modes: hearts of the hives, alpha hunters and control of the derricks.
Check out these three game modes and what they are all about! Other modes could be added later, further enriching the game.
Heart of Hives in Crucible
This game mode is played in 4v4, and the goal is simple: be the first team to recover the heart of 3 different hives ! To do this, you have to coordinate as much as possible with the players on your team in order to kill the hives before the opposing team, and thus be able to capture the heart that is released when they die. Be careful, these hives won't let it go, they will also try to attack you to protect themselves!
Alpha Hunters in Crucible
Alpha Hunters is a Battle Royale which is played in 8 teams of 2. As with every Battle Royale, to win, you have to be the last survivor. The difference with the usual BR is in the death of the player: if you die, your teammate will then team up with another player who is alone too! In addition to that, you will have to try to gain as many levels as possible to do more damage and have the best chance against your opponents.
Oil rig control in Crucible
Finally, Control of the derricks is played in 2 teams of 8 players ! As the name suggests, in this mode, you have to control as many derricks as possible. With each controlled derrick, you will earn points, and the first team to reach 100 points takes it away ! Once controlled, a derrick remains contestable by the opposing team, and the latter can therefore recover it to obtain points as well. We must therefore be vigilant, and try to defend as much as possible!
