The gun offers surprisingly good controllability, excellent accuracy, range and rate of fire. The main issue with the PKM is the weapon's heavy construction, which will significantly hamper your mobility, and its relatively low damage compared to other LMGs.

With this release, we aim to further improve the weapon's range and accuracy, which will turn the PKM into an extremely lethal long-range LMG.
To start, we go with the Monolithic Suppressor muzzle, which will greatly improve the range of the weapon while removing us from the minimap, but it will cost you ADS speed and ADS movement speed.
le OWC Ranger will further increase effective damage range while providing stability with precision ADS bullet spread and vertical recoil control. Your movement speed and ADS speed will be reduced even more, but at this point you just have to understand that this weapon will essentially make you a stationary battery.

We lost a lot of ADS speed and accuracy with some of the previous attachments, so we're going with the OWC Laser-Tactical to improve both ADS speed and ADS bullet spread accuracy. Visible laser sights shouldn't be a problem with this long-range build.
Finally, we opt for the Granulated Grip Tape to add extra ADS bullet spread accuracy, as you'll mostly be raining bullets from afar with the PKM and it's crucial that they go straight into your target instead of spreading.

Take the right spots from a safe distance, always know where your opponents might be coming from, and try not to get flanked.
