Albion Online is a game that relies heavily on the collection of resources with a very specific and complete system that we are going to detail for you.

Choose your specialization

Before you start collecting resources, choose very precisely in which direction you want to orient your character. To find out you will have to look at your destiny panel to see what you will need depending on the chosen specialization: healing, dps, tank, mage, etc.

For example if you want to specialize as a mage, it will be more interesting to specialize in the collection of herbs in order to improve your skills in the fabric or even the collection of skins and wood if you want to specialize in as an archer.

How to harvest resources

As for farming these famous resources, these are divided into tiers ranging from tier 1 to 8. The tools to collect each of these can be understood as follows: a tier 2 tool will allow you to collect resources from tier 1 to 4 at the most, for a tier 3 tool you will go from tier 1 to 5 and so on . In order to create these tools, you will have to go through a toolmaker who is in the cities and who will also give you the possibility of creating capes and bags.

Where to find resources

As for knowing what type of resources are depending on the area you are in, you will have to open your map with the M key by default. Here is an example :

Here as framed in red, you find what you can collect, namely T2 and T3 in stones, plants and ores. Each area will have materials to collect unique to that area with collectable tiers. Be careful though if you want to farm T4 or more, you will have to venture into more dangerous areas such as yellow, red or even black areas where you will be attacked by other players.

One last step: refine the resources

Once you have collected your resources, you will need to refine them at a master in the towns, since what you are farming are raw materials. Be aware, however, that it will be much more interesting to join a guild to take advantage of advantageous prices. However, if you have a passion for intensive farming, remember to pay close attention to the weight of your bags and what your mount can carry, because you will suffer a speed penalty depending on the weight carried, which could turn you into a easy target for other players.
