Albion Online is very particular when it comes to its system of skills and "classes". You will be very free with regard to your choices, and it is your actions in game with certain tools and weapons that will allow you to accumulate experience and unlock the various skills associated with them.
The three main shafts
In the game you will find three main trees, the plate tree, the leather tree and the fabric tree, each with its own sub-classes which will give access to weapons which will define your famous "class". Only downside, skill trees can be disabling, since if plate armor gives you a lot of physical protection you will have no bonus, unlike cloth armor which will give little security but a lot of bonuses. Here is what the weapons specific to each of the three trees in the game give.
Shaft plate:
→ Sword - Specialized damage
→ Ax - Specialized damage
→ Mace - Specialized tank, it offers the possibility of applying silence to the enemy
→ Hammer - Specialized tank, it offers the possibility of knocking out the enemy
→ Shield - Gives a bonus to the tank
Leather tree:
→ Bow - Specialized damage
→ Lance - Specializes in damage, attack speed and enemy suppression
→ Nature staff - Specialized support, offers the possibility of healing areas
→ Dagger - Specialized damage, target attack on an enemy, critical hits
→ Long stick - Specialized support, allows to make area bumps
→ Torch - Provides a utility bonus (either attack speed or skill cooldown reduction or critical hit power)
Fabric tree:
→ Fire Staff - Specialized damage over time
→ Esoteric staff - Specialized support, allows to cast shields and increase damage
→ Divine Staff - Specialized support, heals a target
→ Frost Staff - Specialized damage, allows area slows
→ Sorcerer's Staff - Specialized damage over time and debuff enemies
→ Book - Offers either a cast bonus or a power bonus or a mana boost bonus
